Can I make a booking over the phone?

  • Prefer to talk, call any of our Guest Customer Service numbers without any booking fee.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

  • To make a change or to cancel a booking, you have three options. One log into your Star Miles account there it allows you to make changes to your current booking. Also you can call our Guest Customer Service Center or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

How do I change a flight for just one person in the booking?

  • If your booking contains more than one guest and you do not want to change the flight for everyone in the reservation, please call our Guest Customer Service.

To change or cancel a booking how much does it cost?

  • To make a date or name change it is $10.00 USD each. If you call 48 hours before departure for a cancellation no surcharge will be added.

If I miss my flight can I still use my ticket?

  • If you do not notify CM Airlines 48 hours before traveling and do not show up on the day of travel a charge of $20.00 USD will be added to your ticket. CM allows passengers 6 months from date of issue to use their ticket.

What are the baggage fees?

  • Each passenger is allowed free of charge two pieces of baggage with a combined weight of 35 lbs.

Can I pre-purchase excess baggage?

  • If you would like to purchase additional baggage CM Airlines allows up to 35 pounds (15.87 kg) for $35.00 USD per passenger.
  • CM Airlines cannot guarantee that excess baggage will be carried. Excess baggage is at our sole discretion, and is subject to aircraft loads.

How do I add stars to my booking?

  • First, sign up for Star Miles. Then add the names of your passengers in your Star Miles account and then click on the button next to your profile to make a reservation, you then link your passengers.

When do I get my stars for my booking made through StarMiles?

  • Stars will be credited once your flight has been flown.

How many StarMiles do I need for a reward flight?

  • StarMiles members can fly with as little as 20 stars. For further information please visit StarMiles.

Can I bring my pet with me on CM Airlines?

  • No, pets aren’t allowed. Unless is a guide/assistance dog.

What am I prohibited from bringing through airport security?

How can I request a particular seat?

  • Passengers are able to select their preferred seat, up to 24 hours prior to flight departure. Eligibility for advance seat selection is based on Star Miles membership.
  • Note: While we attempt to fulfill all seat requests, we cannot guarantee a particular seat.

How can I check in for my CM Airlines flight?

  • Log in 24 hours prior to flight departure on cmairlines.com and print your Online Boarding Pass or be at our ticket counters the day of departure one hour prior to flight.

Can I proceed directly to security and the boarding gate with my online boarding pass?

  • First you must pay your airport departure taxes either at CM Airlines counter or airport Fee inside the airport. If you are travelling with only carry-on baggage and have your Online Boarding Pass, you can proceed directly to security and then the boarding gate.

I have checked in on the web but have misplaced my boarding pass. Can I reprint my boarding pass?

  • If you have checked in online and subsequently misplaced your boarding pass, please proceed to a check-in counter, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
  • Note: Photo ID will be required.

Where can I find the latest information about careers with CM Airlines?

Why do infants cry on flights?

  • It is not uncommon for infants to cry or hold there ears during take off and during landing. They are not used to the pressure and need time to adjust. Crying lets them clear their ears in a natural way, so it´s best to let them cry.

Can I help prevent this?

  • To help prevent their discomforts feed the infant as the aircraft begins to take off and during landing. This keeps their jaws moving to help prevent pressure to their ears.

Can I ship my personal items as freight?

  • Yes, you can ship personal items. Our team members are required to ask what the freight entails. Also all freight goes through a screening process by the airport to screen for harmful or dangerous goods.

Can I send items as freight on the same flight I’m on? What will it cost?

  • Passengers can check items as luggage at the ticket counter when checking in for their flight. These items may be subject to additional fees for overweight, oversize or additional baggage.

Do all CM Airlines destinations offer freight services?

  • Yes, CM currently has freight operations in all cities served.
